THE FLOW
Each class includes a powerful Yin and Yang flow. A strong Yang sequence that is intentionally created to challenge the body and to push you to find your edge, followed by soft, grounding Yin based stretches to help you land gently back in yourself.
LIVE MUSIC
The whole session is accompanied by live musicians, with curated sounds that evolve throughout the sequence. Featuring an evolving roster of local musicians: from guitars, pianos, didgeridoo, handpans, vocals and more, the music is alive and responsive and guides our movements.
SOUND IMMERSION
Sessions close with a meditative sound bath featuring singing bowls, other sound healing modalities alongside our amazing lineup of live musicians and instruments.
LOCATION AT GOLDEN HOUR
Our locations are intended to embed themselves in the Australian bush across various venues across the ACT, at sunset.
COMMUNITY CONNECTION
After practice, participants are invited to stay, sip herbal teas, enjoy light refreshments, and connect in a grounded, welcoming space.
Whether you're new to yoga or an experienced mover, this is a space to explore, push, play, release, and connect with yourself, with sound, with country and with community.
Sessions are limited in capacity and sell out well in advance. We recommend booking early to avoid missing out.

Sound Immersion
Sound is one of the oldest healing tools we have, and it’s used for centuries across cultures to restore balance, calm the mind, and soothe the soul, sound has aalways been medicine.
Modern research is catching up to what ancient traditions have always known: sound impacts our biology.
Your body is vibration. From your heartbeat to your breath, your brainwaves to your cells, every part of you pulses with frequency. Instruments like singing bowls emit stable, calming vibrations that can help “re-tune’’ your system, like tuning a musical instrument back into harmony.
Certain tones help shift your brain into alpha and theta states; the same states linked to deep meditation, calm, and emotional processing.
When your body hears soothing, rhythmic sound, it responds by slowing your heart rate, calming your breath, and reducing stress hormones, bringing you into a parasympathetic (rest and digest) state.
Tibetan singing bowls, chanting, gongs, and rhythmic drums have been used for thousands of years in, Tibetan Buddhism to deepen meditation and clear energetic blocks, Hindu traditions for chakra balancing and mantra and other Indigenous cultures to carry story, spirit, and connection to land.
We hope to honour these roots in our sessions by offering sound as a space and opportunity to soften, to listen inward, and maybe, to give yourself the chance to reconnect with something deeper. Whether that’s rest, release, or simply presence, the sound will meet you there.
Some people cry. Some sleep. Some feel deeply moved or just calm. Some may even feel bored. That’s the beauty of this, there is no right experience. There’s just space for you to listen, feel, and be.
If you’re sceptical, you’re welcome. If you’re curious, you’re ready. If you just want to lie in a space full of beautiful live sounds, breathe and relax, you’re in the right place.
Meet the Presenters
Movement, Music, Medicine
Home of Twilight Flow and Live Music, an immersive live music, sound immersion and yoga event held immersed in the beautiful Australian bush; as well as other music and movement offerings.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
Movement, Music, Medicine is not here to make you comfortable. It’s here to remind you of your strength. We believe in intensity. In challenge. In meeting your edge. Our flows are designed to push you, not because we want it to be hard for the sake of it, but because there is nothing wrong with hard. It is through difficulty that we grow.
When your legs shake, when you fall out of a pose, when your body trembles, these are not failures, they are proof that you are trying and willing to put the effort in to explore and grow. We don’t avoid what’s difficult, we go there together. Our movement practices are layered, fast and require focus and dedication. To bring your awareness so deeply into the now that you stop overthinking and simply move.
The music is your guide, and it builds with you. As the practice intensifies, so does the sound, live, visceral, and responsive, until you reach a peak of power, presence, and immersion. You become the flow and the sound. And then, we soften. We slow, the music shifts, the breath deepens, the mind starts to release. Because you’ve worked hard, your body allows you to let go. You’ve earned that drop-in moment. You’ve created enough heat to melt and now, you can surrender. That’s where the sound immersion comes in, to hold you, to sweep over you, to show you how deeply you can trust yourself when you’ve done the work.
