The Garden Room
The Garden Room is our most popular space for intimate indoor conferences and strategy sessions. It suits small to medium groups and offers a calm, natural atmosphere with plenty of natural light. For groups who want additional flexibility, The Wren can be used alongside the Garden Room — ideal for breakout sessions, catering setups, or informal discussion areas.
Outdoor breakout options are also available, with the lawn and estate grounds nearby for fresh air pauses or small group activities.
The Wedgetail Pavilion
For larger groups or full-scale conference programs, the Wedgetail Pavilion provides generous space and flexible layouts. Designed to feel connected to the surrounding landscape, the Pavilion offers a professional environment with an open, natural outlook — suitable for multi-speaker sessions, large workshop formats, or seated presentations.

The Wedgetail Pavilion
A stunning and unique venue suited to large conferences.
The Wedgetail Pavilion is an expansive marquee venue that promises a one-of-a-kind experience. A grand masonry staircase is the entryway down into its spacious belly. Guests feel connected to nature in The Wedgetail Pavilion. The low architectural profile of the canopy shelters them from the elements. Take advantage of relaxing sunset bushland views over a body of water from a west facing timber deck.
This versatile venue offers an indoor-outdoor feel. The space is either opened or sealed to suit the weather. Artificial grass stays looking fresh and clean throughout your event to ensure the comfort of your guests.
The Wedgetail Pavilion comes equipped with a stage and a PA system. Event lighting illuminates the canopy interior. Optional facilities include a bar and commercial finishing kitchen. Select furnishings, decor and equipment to suit your event style. Next to the venue is a large open air casual seating area which can be a smoking area. Located inside the marquee are large restrooms.

The Wren is a charming and intimate event venue with a rustic ambiance facilitating intimate meetings.
The Wren is a charming and intimate event venue providing a rustic ambiance which facilitates intimate gatherings. The interior features quintessential vaulted ceilings with exposed timber trusses, with an open fireplace as the interior focal point. Guests mingle and enjoy sunset views from the indoor bar and outdoor terrace overlooking a valley view of manicured gardens blends into the surrounding bushland.
The Wren comes equipped with an intimate stage and a PA system. The stage opens to the interior and exterior. Optional facilities include a bar and commercial finishing kitchen. Select furnishings, decor and equipment to suit your event style.

The Ceremony Lawn is our most popular choice for outdoor conference activties.
The Garden Room
The Garden Room is an intimate, airy and light filled venue ideal for conferences and workshops.
It provides a serene and focussed atmosphere that promotes connection and focus. The interior features quintessential vaulted ceilings with exposed timber trusses. Guests enter through the foyer where there is a temporary bar. A garden view is the focal point of the main room, framed by glazing which reaches the high ceilings. Guests break out onto the patio and private lawn.
The Garden Room comes equipped with a PA system. Select furnishings, decor and equipment to suit your event style. Located inside the venue are comfortable restrooms.
Goolabri Estate Grounds
300 acres of parkland, manicured gardens and nature reserve. The entire property can be used for training days that require outdoor space and privacy.
The property is used for outdoor events including training days and outdoor conferences.
The property was once a golf course. Interspersed with manicured gardens and bodies of water are lawns and open spaces. Bushland surrounds the entire property. We are fortunate to be custodians of the Goolabri Nature Reserve.
