Presented by Movement Music Medicine
| BUY TICKETS | Tickets available through Movement Music Medicine
Twilight Flow and Live Music is an incredibly unique event that brings together live music, movement and nature.
The yoga inspired sequence is powerful and created to challenge you, and then we lead you to fall into softness, with slow movements and deep stretches.
The flow is accompanied by live music from incredible local musicians who play along with us while we move.
The class transitions into a sound immersion with the vibration of crystal singing bowls that fill the space as the sunsets.
We then close with powerful performances from our talented musicians Rohan Fox on keys and vocals and legend Minh Ha on slide guitar and didgeridoo.
Stick around for some light refreshments and a chance space to connect with fellow community members in this space.
