Our Mission

What we want for our customers

What we want for ourselves

What we want for the business

What we want for our environment

The Goolabri wedding experience

You will find Goolabri nestled at the top of Goolabri Drive, just a 10 minute drive from the edge of Canberra.

After getting in touch with us to make an appointment, you will receive a personal introduction to the venue conducted by our dedicated host, where you will be able to discover the property and its venues. We will sit down and chat about how you imagine your day over a relaxed cup of coffee.

With our experience and facilities we are able to offer you personalised service as we help plan and  deliver your entire event including the venue, ceremony, reception, catering, beverages, simple decor as well as a schedule to ensure your day runs smoothly.

Our approach is about customising your day to suit you, so you won't be expected to conform to a set package. We can offer advice based on our years of experience, and understand that your day is unique.

We look forward to getting to know you, and seeing your day as a beautiful and memorable experience.

The Goolabri conference experience

Our conference clients love Goolabri because of its secluded location, just 10 minutes from the edge of Canberra. Your colleagues will enjoy the experience and the chance to get out of the office into natural surrounds. The tranquil environment promotes clarity, focus and rejuvenation. We can offer exclusivity, by allowing you to reserve the entire venue.  We also provide the right atmosphere to relax a little. A productive team is a happy team.

You may have no need to leave the conference room itself, but we highly recommend taking the opportunity to enjoy team building or physical training outdoors, as this is a feature that makes a Goolabri conference unique.

What our guests say

Megan D.

Bride

14.10.2017

My husband and I decided on Goolabri the moment we arrived for our site visit. The grounds are gorgeous and in Spring the gardens are full of colour. The team at Goolabri were incredibly patient and provided us with some brilliant advice along the way. At no point did they try and shape the day to fit them, it was always about what we wanted and how we could make it happen. Our customised package included use of the Garden room for the ceremony, the lawns and The Wren for the reception. We had quite a large wedding with 90 or so guests and found Goolabri to be very competitive with their pricing, especially compared to the Canberra area. Our package included a 5 course degustation menu with our cake served as the last course. The food was great, there was lots of it and our guests had a really great time. The only thing that could have made it better, was if they had accommodation available on site.

For a simple chapel ceremony, choose The Garden Room & Chapel.
